Project Overview
This project involved a phased renovation within an active healthcare environment, focused on upgrading and reconfiguring sterilization and supply areas. Phase 1 included demolition and reconstruction within two existing patient suites to create a new clean sterilization receiving area and clean room. This phase also included the installation of owner-supplied specialized equipment, including a washer/disinfector, sonic cleaner, and sterilizer.
Phase 2 focused on the demolition of the existing sterilization room and its conversion into a general supply storage area to support hospital operations.
Project Execution
Delivering this project required careful planning and coordination within an operational healthcare setting. Work was completed in phases to minimize disruption and maintain functionality within the facility.
