Construction Type: Design Build
Client: Nattilik Heritage Society
Completion Date: 2025
Contract Value: $10.9 million

Project Overview
This project involved the supply and installation of a steel pile foundation, gravel pad, and a 30’ x 60’ pre engineered building. The scope of work also included the installation of the building’s electrical service and lighting package, supporting full operational functionality upon completion.
Following the completion of the pile and timber foundation installation, the structure was erected in under three weeks through careful coordination and efficient site execution.
Project Execution
Successful delivery of this project required detailed pre planning, material coordination, and logistical management prior to mobilization. All building components were carefully staged and marine crated in advance to align with sealift schedules and ensure materials arrived on site efficiently and without delays.
Heavy equipment mobilization was also a critical component of the project, supporting the installation of the steel pile foundation and site preparation work.
Through strong coordination and sequencing, the team maintained an efficient construction schedule and streamlined the building erection process once materials and equipment were in place.
